"I waited for almost two hours for my pizza to be delivered cold. I was told that the driver was 5 minutes away in all the 4 times I called after an hour of patiently waiting. I will never use this restaurant again and will tell everyone to avoid."

"Awful. Terrible. Pizza boxes tell you your first order through the app over 25 will be discounted £10. Lies! App doesn't check if postcodes are valid so a typo turns in to the restaurant not bothering to call for the correct one, you've gotta realise your food is late first. Then when you've apologized and given the correct postcode, the delivery driver will stand in the block of flats next door calling you saying you need to collect your pizza form outside. Then when you do, he'll yell at you."

Seriously, how is it that a promotion meant to send people to the app has become the very thing to make sure that I will never buy from pizza gogo as long as I remember the terrible experience I just had. You can keep your £10 discount. Why? because I couldn't use it! The code didn't work because it started counting a pizza, ice cream, a side or a drink as a meal even though it was part of no special offer, so it's either add a pizza or no discount. Stop fooling ppl."
