Poor app, dated, back button takes you straight out of the app makes you start again. Use just eat
When I specified how much change the delivery driver would have to bring he turned up with less and told me he would come back and he hasn't so you deserve the rating and not the first time you took the piss with change oh and missing honey and mustard dip I wouldn't care but I spent £42 All together ridiculous
I waited for almost two hours for my pizza to be delivered cold. I was told that the driver was 5 minutes away in all the 4 times I called after an hour of patiently waiting. I will never use this restaurant again and will tell everyone to avoid.
Awful. Terrible. Pizza boxes tell you your first order through the app over 25 will be discounted £10. Lies! App doesn't check if postcodes are valid so a typo turns in to the restaurant not bothering to call for the correct one, you've gotta realise your food is late first. Then when you've apologized and given the correct postcode, the delivery driver will stand in the block of flats next door calling you saying you need to collect your pizza form outside. Then when you do, he'll yell at you.

Truly awful app. Just use just-eat to order! It's easier; the same price; and has a tracker. I have never been more nervous ordering pizza than using this app, you don't even get an estimated delivery time... Seriously you can tell they don't care about this app since it hasn't been updated since 2017... Shocking.

The app needs to be changed so that the built in tracker that lets you know the driver is near is in an easy to find place and needs to make timed notification of changes.
What is wrong with here?? Seriously, how is it that a promotion meant to send people to the app has become the very thing to make sure that I will never buy from pizza gogo as long as I remember the terrible experience I just had. You can keep your £10 discount. Why? because I couldn't use it! The code didn't work because it started counting a pizza, ice cream, a side or a drink as a meal even though it was part of no special offer, so it's either add a pizza or no discount. Stop fooling ppl.
